A WORD from our
It’s been a busy few months…
There has been a lot of activity in recent months here at the centre. From the launch of our brand new floor aiding the expansion of The Orioneers Project, to the numerous roadshows and exhibitions that we have attended, we can certainly say that we have been grafting!
The call centre industry has definitely had a bad reputation in the past and that’s why The Orion BRC was created. We want to make outsourcing a transparent, trustworthy and reliable solution for your business, whether that be in the Private Hire or retail sector, we got you covered.
This blog aims to show you exactly how we operate,celebrate and how everything we do, heavily invests in our colleagues education and future with us.

Typically, companies tend to pick just one member of the team to win their Employee of the Month. Here, we like to do things a bit bigger and better. For the month of June, we have celebrated 15 of our Orioneer colleague's performance, with a cash prize. A massive well done to everyone, you continue to make Orion proud

Masterclasses TRIUMPH
We specialise in DEDICATED training. Our HR and Client Acquisition manager Irfan Khan has launched his training workshops to further the education of our Orioneer colleagues and trainees.
The new FLOOR is
Rapidly expanding our building, roles and standards.
Last year, due to a high demand of our services, we simply ran out of space! We appreciate the want to outsource with us so, we quickly began construction of another floor in our building. A quick turnaround on this saw the new floor open in just 6 months, start to finish.
Here we will be able to accommodate another hundred or so seats however, they are filling very quickly as many of our customers had pre booked. If you want in, the time is NOW.
Events, ROADSHOWS and
We like to show off our brand from time to time. HERE’S what we’ve been up to.
This May, we were very proud to represent the brand at the Autocab Connect Roadshow as a Connect Partner. Our Project Manager Josh, took to the stage to explain just what we are all about… DEDICATION.
It was a great day had by all and we absolutely loved meeting faces both new and old.
We will be calling into the Manchester Roadshow to blow their socks off too.
As usual, we will be attending the PHTM Exhibition this year. Very excited to announce our new roles and show the masses why we are the go to outsourcing solution. This year, we are doing something a bit different by bringing some very special guests with us. Stay tuned to see what we are up to!
